Question: What color should I paint my room?

I was thinking a light red or light magenta depending on the shades of pink in your room. If you paint it anything dark it'll clash with the oak. you can always go with a neutral color like white.

i just recently painted my room black and red even though i have a blue couch and blue carpet. i think it looks great. id say ur room will look fine in a cranberry color. if not u can always paint over it

You could go with the cranberry/burgundy on the main wall; where you bed is situated. This would pose as a accent wall. The other walls I would take a shade of pink that is in the comforter. The accent wall will make the room pop.

a lighter color would be best.. because if you do a darker color, it will look to busy. (since you already have alot of colors going on ) i suggest choosing a shade of tan. not a totally light shade, but mabye a light light brownish shhade.
